DIOR PRESENTS DIORESSENCE

For Spring-Summer 2016 Dior pays homage to the classic model of footwear: the stiletto court shoes. And it does so by launching Dioressence, eight models of shoes available in leather and different colors.
The shoes are packed just a few kilometers from Venice, in the heart of a region where the know-how is the story of a passion. Every couple of Dioressence requires more than one hundred manufacturing steps and involves more than forty jobs.
"Is it enough a splash of color to change your appearance" wrote Christian Dior in his Little Dictionary of Fashion. Inspired by the vision of the couturier, shoes décolleté Dioressence are declined in various materials (lamb satin, patent calf leather or iridescent) associated with a wide range of colors including two dyes must, closely linked to the Maison: black, more elegant between colors according to Christian Dior, and the pale pink, the designer considered "the color of happiness and femininity". For the more daring, the model comes in ocher, military green, cognac, red "Trafalgar", bronze, white, gray and blue ink, blue, navy blue and dark blue. Full of color, the Dioressence sign silhouette making sublime. To make them unique, as well as quality materials, is the silhouette: designed to lengthen the leg, is defined by a high stiletto heel and thin, full leather.
