PREMIO LONGINES LYDIA TESIO
This year again Longines, for the fifth consecutive year, confirmed partner and official timekeeper of the Premio Longines Lydia Tesio the Hippodrome in Rome for the international sporting event most anticipated of the fall season.
Longines recalled Donna Lydia, wife of the great breeder Federico Tesio, the Prix Longines Lydia Tesio, exciting race of 2,000 meters dedicated to the memory of the first lady of Italian horse races held Sunday, Oct. 25.
Longines also this year has had the honor and the pleasure to support the Hippogroup Roma Capannelle in the allocation of "Premio Longines Lydia Tesio - Le Signore dell'Ippica", awarded in the enchanting location of the National Gallery of Modern Art. With this award, the Swiss Maison has turned to the female protagonists in fact united by dedication to the world of horses, in terms of professionalism, expertise sports, activities or just passion.
The event was also the perfect opportunity to present a model of the new collection Longines DolceVita, Official Watch of the event. Engraved in steel and decorated with diamonds, this model is combined with a silver-colored dial flinqué decorated with painted Roman numerals.
